Ms. Bower focuses on trusts and estates litigation, including disputes involving will and trust contests and breach of fiduciary duties. In addition, Ms. Bower has extensive experience in complex commercial and business litigation. Ms. Bower has represented companies and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes including breach of contract, securities, and trade secret litigation. Ms. Bower handles every stage of litigation including discovery, motions, mediations, trials and appeals. 

Ms. Bower was raised in Atherton, California. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1988 and her law degree from Stanford Law School in 1994. She served as an extern law clerk to the Hon. Ronald M. Whyte, Judge of the federal district court for Northern California. Prior to her affiliation with the firm, Ms. Bower was "Special Counsel" for Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California.
